Integrity Manager - VPSG6
The Integrity Manager is primarily responsible for leading Authority's integrity function and is responsible for providing expert specialist advice on integrity matters and for developing and implementing a comprehensive approach for promoting integrity and preventing corruption occurring in SRLA. This includes developing, implementing and periodically reviewing an integrated suite of corporate policies related to integrity under an overarching integrity framework, as well as establishing new procedures and controls that can further strengthen and promote a culture of integrity. Senior Adviser, Contracts/Transactions - VPSG5
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Adviser; Contracts/Transactions, will support the commercial, contractual and financial management activities for the Suburban Rail Loop. Responsibilities include providing commercial and contractual support through the tender preparation, evaluation, negotiation, contract award and delivery phases. The role will interface with external commercial, transaction and legal advisers to ensure a consistent agreed approach is taken on commercial and contractual positions which support project implementation. The Technical Support Officer provides IT skills for first and second level support to the Suburban Rail Loop Authority's people in their use of technology assets including desktops, printers, AV equipment etc. In providing direct support to staff, the Technical Support Officer is responsible for delivering high quality customer support and assisting the Chief Information Officer in monitoring and measuring performance of the service. The Engagement Advisor will support the development and delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement strategies for Suburban Rail Loop and related works. The Manager, Land-Survey reports to the Senior Manager, Land and is responsible for managing all matters relating to the identification of land, creation of maps and plans, management of land parcels in the GIS system and survey as part of the acquisition, purchase and disposal of land for project purposes. The role will involve providing advice and managing to achieve all things necessary from a survey and mapping perspective for private, government and Crown land matters including reviewing preparing and lodging plans under the relevant legislation. The Manager, Landowner and Business Support will develop and implement strategies to provide support and guidance to landowners, residents, and businesses affected by the Suburban Rail Loop project. The position is responsible for building and managing relationships, working respectfully and sensitively with community members and businesses, and connecting individuals to local support services that are appropriate to their circumstances. The position works closely with members across the SRLA workstreams, including the Land, Planning and Environment team, as well as the Department of Transport (DoT) Property team, local councils and external support agencies. Senior IT Support Officer - Office 365 Analyst - VPSG5
The Senior IT Support Officer, Office 365 Analyst supports SRLA's Collaboration needs via the use of Office 365, including SharePoint and MS Teams. This involves administration of the Office 365 environment, design and development of SharePoint and Teams sites and providing support in the resolution of functional issues within SRLA's Office 365 portfolio, which cannot be resolved by the first level support function. Senior Design Coordinator - VPSG6
Reporting to the Design Lead Interface, this role is responsible for client-side coordination of the design, development and engineering associated with the Suburban Rail Loop program. The Senior Design Coordinator will provide professional advice and guidance across a range of engineering and design issues during each stage of project development. The ability to build, maintain and influence strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is fundamental to the success of this role. This role co-ordinates technical and engineering support to the Project, including the review of designs for completeness, compliance to requirements, standards and constructability, drawing upon technical specialist advice from subject matter experts to resolve a range of engineering design challenges.
