Reporting to the Configuration and Change Control Manager, the Change Control Coordinator assists in the development and ongoing administration of SRLA's comprehensive engineering change control framework and process throughout procurement, delivery and commissioning stages. This role will assist in the development and maintenance of the program's change control board across all work packages, ensuring an integrated and streamlined approach. Incorporated in the Engineering team, this role will support significant change processes, ensuring relevant stakeholders and project interfaces are adequately informed and consulted. Digital Engineering and Asset Lead (VPSG6)
The Digital Engineering Asset Lead sits within the project's Engineering & Assurance Team, reporting to the Manager, Quality & Completions. this role will actively manage digital engineering data, asset data and traditional drawings management system completions submissions to the Suburban Rail Loop Authority, Department of Transport / Public Transport Victoria and Rail Transport Operators. The Digital Engineering Asset Manager will provide senior leadership and specialist guidance on digital engineering asset management frameworks, processes and systems, throughout the project lifecycle. People and Culture Business Partner (VPSG5)
Working in close partnership with aligned Branch/s Leadership team you will build strong relationships across the organisation providing valuable advice and support across a range of People and Culture matters. You will support the implementation of SRLA's people strategy through agreed projects and initiatives, in alignment with to SRLA's overarching strategic plan. This role will build a detailed understanding of their client group/s to support the development of short term and long-term people management and culture strategies and tactics to deliver the intended business benefits. They will refer to specialist teams within the Division. This role is expected to leverage expertise from colleagues, established centres of excellence, and ensure deliverables are met.
